At the EDR Antwerp Shipyard, our scaffold builders placed a scaffolding structure of about 50m high around 3 harbour cranes in Antwerp. EDR has the largest shipyard in the country and is a major player within the port of Antwerp. These hoisting cranes are used daily to load and unload ships in the port.
The scaffolding job in three phases, is part of a large conservation project, carried out by NIT. This allowed the overhaul of the engines, mechanics and conservation to be carried out safely.
