Altrad Services Confirms Commitment to Diversity with Prestigious ESDP Certification

We are proud to announce that Altrad Services, as one of the first ten companies in Europe, has received the prestigious ESDP certification. This recognition was recently awarded to us at a ceremony in Amsterdam and highlights our long-standing commitment to diversity and inclusiveness within the international business community.

The ESDP (European Supplier Diversity Programme) is a unique programme specifically designed for companies led by and/or actively supporting ethnic minorities. Altrad Services, founded by Mohed Altrad of Syrian origin, is a perfect example of this diversity. We welcome colleagues from more than 100 countries.

During the ceremony, we were honoured for our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive work environment, providing equal opportunities to all employees, regardless of their background. Our cooperation with DOW, one of the founding members of the ESDP and a key business partner, illustrates our common values on the one hand and our shared commitment to a diverse and ethical business/society on the other. 

With this certification, we strengthen our position as a pioneer of diversity within the European business network. The ESDP network connects EMBs (Ethnic Minority Business) with major global corporations and promotes inclusive supply chains that drive economic growth throughout Europe.
