Seals, gaskets, heat exchangers, pumps and valves all require regular quality and maintenance checks. ALTRAD SERVICES Benelux removable insulation mattresses ensure that these items are well insulated and accessible without the costs and time required to remove and reattach fixed materials.

The insulation jackets always have unique codes. After shutdowns, the jackets can easily be reinstalled on the instrument for which they were designed.

ALTRAD SERVICES Benelux takes care of the entire process of designing, making and placing the insulation jackets. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality. Our technical team visits the site and does detailed measurements of the material.

The design office calculates the technical requirements and then designs the jackets in our workshop, where they are stitched manually. Afterwards, we place the jackets at the customer's site, where a final quality check is done. The jackets are easy to install and remove.
