Scaffolding construction for dummies

As part of a team building exercise, the Finance and Planning departments approached Altrad Academy with the aim of teaching their office staff the basics of scaffolding construction and broadening their view of 'the craft'. The participants learned & laboured but they also had fun together. Their respect towards our scaffolders on the shop floor only grew.

In the group, according to our trainers, there even appeared to be 1 lady who excelled in technical and spatial acumen and 1 lady who found the height test a joke and would rather hang in the ropes for once.... to be continued!

Other departments are also already 'gearing up' to organise this unique experience in team.
