Altrad supports solidarity action Viva for Life with 16,000€.

As ALTRAD SERVICES Benelux, we are aware of the society we live in and we understand that it does not offer the same opportunities to everyone. As an organisation, we feel it is our duty to also make our contribution to groups that are less fortunate. This is why we chose to make a contribution to Viva for life worth €16,000

Life-saving actions

Viva for Life, the French-language public broadcaster RTBF's solidarity action against child poverty, was launched in 2013 to mark 10 years of radio station VivaCité. Since then, nearly 1,000 projects have been supported in French-speaking Belgium in the fight against child poverty. The campaign aims to raise public awareness of the child poverty problem and raise money for associations that support these children and underprivileged families.

From bad to worse

The corona crisis aggravated the situation of vulnerable people in our society and put numerous families in unprecedented difficulties. Especially since the loss of income often creates complex situations resulting in a halt to the further development of school-going children.
